This in from a dear friend of mine who is a RN. She lives this life style, works in the health care field and has been to the Optimum Health center in Ojai. They are doing remarkable healings there.
I plan to do much of this to the best of my ability, wheat grass juice is not always available, and some things I'm just unable to do right now.
From Karen: I would start with having your vitamin D level checked? You may have already done this. (bijou note* My vitamin D was at 11 thwo years ago, disasterously low! I raised it to 22 within 1 year and to 52 as of last months which is optimum. I did this by taing 10,000 units a day for a year, the 7,000 untis and now 5,000 a day.)
Morning
24 ounces of filtered water, no plastic glass only
Wheatgrass Shot 4 ounces, wait one hour
A whole watermelon for detox and kidney support
Fruit smoothie
Pineapple
Grapefruit juice
Wild organic blueberries
Chai seeds
Gogi berries
Green tea
Meditation visualization
No fruit after 12 pm
Lunch
Walnuts organic, raw plain ΒΌ cup
Spinach, kale
Liquid amino acids as dressing
Ezekiel organic sprouted high fiber bread
Wait 2 hours
Wheat grass shot 4 ounces
Dinner
Vegetable soup
NO SALT, NO SUGAR, NO OIL, NO ALCOHOL
3 Liters of filtered water in glass bottle more if you play tennis or do sauna
Prayer / Meditation
Epsom salt baths, hot water, lavender oil
Infared Sauna 2 x per week
