I have myelofibrosis with JAK2 mutation (JAK2 gene missing). Because of this, I was afraid the drug Jakafi (a JAK2 inhibitor) would not be effective in reducing the symptoms of myelofibrosis. I called Incyte, the company manufacturing Jakafi, and was informed the drug is for all patients with myelofibrosis, with and without JAK2 mutatio

Powerful Poem, "Resurrection" and beautiful art shown below.
